We prefer inns and motels as each place is unique and the owners are usually very personable. This stay covered all those things. The house is absolutely amazing and our large room was clean and filled with beautiful furniture. In hind sight I should have asked for a full tour of the house. If we are ever in the area, we will for sure stay again.
This Inn is the oldest in Indiana. It is a beautiful place to stay. All the rooms are non-smoking but they do have a beautiful balcony area where you can smoke, or just sit outside and enjoy the beauty of the quaint town of Vevay. The rooms are gorgeous and immaculate. There is a communal kitchen that is stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans that you might need to prepare a meal. The owners are down to earth and attentive to your needs. I would recommend this place to anyone!
A real find! Nestled in the little river town of Vevay, The Swiss Inn is sure to please! Beautifully decorated rooms are quiet & roomy, each with private bath, high ceilings & antique furnishings. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere, since the inn is located in the center of town! We always try and stay here whenever possible!
